Do Not Call Policy
Last Updated: October 28, 2026
Leads.net, LLC operates NationalBenefitsHelper.com ("NationalBenefitsHelper.com," "we," or "us"). This policy describes our commitment to respecting people's preferences about telephone calls. It is designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC's rules (47 C.F.R. 64.1200), the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, and state telemarketing and do-not-call laws. We do not send text messages.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, and agents who call consumers on our behalf, including calls to consumers who submitted a Request Form. We do not call consumers on behalf of attorneys, advocates, or marketing partners unless the consumer submitted a Request Form with consent.
Policy Statement
NationalBenefitsHelper.com is committed to maintaining high standards of ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws. As part of this commitment, we adhere to the following principles:
1. Do-Not-Call List Management
- We maintain an internal do-not-call list that includes individuals who have requested not to receive calls.
- Employees and contractors must consult this list before making any outbound calls.
- Do-not-call requests must be recorded immediately and honored within a reasonable time, not to exceed ten (10) business days. A request may be made by any reasonable method, including verbally on a call, by email, or by phone. When a request is received, we identify the attorney, advocate, or marketing partner that received the person's Request Form and notify them of the request.
2. National Do Not Call Registry
- We scrub calling lists against the National Do Not Call Registry at least every 31 days, and against state do-not-call lists where required. Before calling a number that may have changed hands, we check the FCC's Reassigned Numbers Database.
- We do not make unsolicited marketing calls to numbers listed on the registry.
3. Calling Hours, Frequency, and Caller ID
- Calls are made only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time, with no more than three (3) calls on the same subject to the same person in any 24-hour period.
- Every call displays a phone number that can be called back to reach us or make a do-not-call request.
4. Training and Awareness
- All employees involved in telephone calls to consumers receive training on do-not-call compliance.
- Training covers the legal requirements, procedures for handling do-not-call requests, and consequences of non-compliance.
5. Record Keeping
- We maintain records of all do-not-call requests, including the date, time, and method of request.
- These records, and the consent records for each Request Form (TrustedForm certificate and the consent language shown), are retained for at least five years.
6. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors
- Any third-party vendors or contractors engaged in telephone calls on our behalf must adhere to this policy.
- Contracts with such vendors must include provisions requiring compliance with this policy and applicable law.
7. Consent and Existing Business Relationships
- Prior express written consent, or an existing business relationship, may permit a call to a number on the National Do Not Call Registry. Neither one permits a call to anyone on our internal do-not-call list. Once a person asks us to stop, we stop, regardless of any earlier consent or relationship.
How to Submit a Do-Not-Call Request
If you no longer wish to receive calls from us, you may submit a request by:
- Emailing info@leads.net and stating that you no longer wish to receive calls;
- Calling 213-695-6121 and stating that you no longer wish to receive calls; or
- Telling the person who calls you that you do not want more calls.
Your request will be added to our internal do-not-call list immediately and honored within ten (10) business days. We will also notify the attorney, advocate, or marketing partner that received your Request Form. You may contact them directly as well, or reply STOP to their texts. We are not responsible for an attorney's, advocate's, or marketing partner's failure to honor your request.
Reporting Non-Compliance
Employees who become aware of any potential violations of this policy must report them promptly to their supervisor or the designated compliance officer.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
